- Credit card payments received via mail or telephone will be processed in GBP and debited in Euros at the current rate of exchange.

The organisers, BIBA Medical, have negotiated special preferential rates at a number of hotels within walking distance of Imperial College, the home of the “Charing Cross”. There are only a limited number of rooms at each hotel so early booking is advised.
