The zone will sit within the East Wing of the hotel (level -3) and will therefore be open to all. Visitors can move from station to station as they wish, as within the exhibition.

DAY 1: 25 April – CX Vascular Access Workshop

Workshop Directors: Nick Inston, Kate Steiner and the CX Vascular Access Programme Directors

The Vascular Access Workshop will allow attendees to test and improve their practical skills at hands-on stations showcasing vascular access techniques and technologies.

Stations & technologies will include:

DAY 2: 26th April – CX Aortic Workshop

Workshop Directors: Alexander Zimmermann, Benedikt Reutersberg and the CX Aortic Programme Directors

The Aortic Workshop will allow attendees to test and improve their practical skills at hands-on stations showcasing aortic techniques and technologies and take part in a brand-new aortic course  “BEVAR / FEVAR physician modified procedures”.

Aortic course: “BEVAR / FEVAR physician modified procedures”

Instructors: Prof Alexander Zimmermann, Prof Benedikt Reutersberg

  • 1st course (AM session): 09:30 – 12:00
  • 2nd course (PM session): 14:00 – 16:30

Key learning objectives:

  • Correct indication for a pm F-/BEVAR.
  • Competence to measure a CT angiography as a basis for the preparation of a pm F-/BEVAR
  • Preparation of a pm F-/BEVAR according to the measurement specifications
