Dittmar Böckler introduces our inaugural honorary faculty at CX Symposium 2027.

This year we are recognising four internationally respected clinicians who have made outstanding contributions to CX Symposium. Dittmar shares how the CX Honorary Faculty acknowledges individuals whose expertise, leadership and longstanding involvement have helped shape the symposium and the wider vascular and endovascular community.

The 2027 honorary faculty comprises:

  • Thomas Zeller, professor of angiology at Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg and head of the Department of Angiology at Universitäts-Herzzentrum, Bad Krozingen, Germany.
  • Frans Moll, professor and head of the Department of Vascular Surgery at the University Medical Centre Utrecht, Utrecht, The Netherlands.
  • Roberto Chiesa, head of the Vascular Surgery Unit and full professor at Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, Milan, Italy.
  • Michael Edmonds, professor and consultant physician at King’s College Hospital, London, UK.
