Charing Cross Symposium 2027 Abstracts

Abstract submissions are opening soon. Present your research to an international audience at the Charing Cross Symposium (CX) 2027 and contribute to the discussions shaping the future of vascular and endovascular practice. We welcome submissions from senior and trainee clinicians working across the vascular and endovascular field.

Please find below the full guidelines for submitting your abstract.

Submission Guidelines

  • All abstracts must be submitted via the submission form.
  • Abstract must be structured into four sections: Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusions
  • The abstract text must not exceed 250 words.
  • Abstracts may include graphics, tables, and images.
  • All submissions must be in English.
  • Topic areas:
    • Aortic
    • Venous & Lymphatic
    • Peripheral Arterial & CLTI
    • Vascular Access
    • Carotid & Acute Stroke
    • Vascular Trauma
    • Innovation Showcase
  • All abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author. Once a submission has been accepted, the presenting author cannot be changed.
  • Successful abstracts will be selected for one of the following presentation formats;
    • Best of abstracts – In-person oral presentation in the Presentation Zone
    • E-poster – Displayed on digital screens during the symposium
    • On-demand – Available to delegates through the online platform

Review Process

  • All abstract submissions are reviewed by the CX Executive Board for scientific and educational merit. The Board makes all decisions regarding inclusion in the scientific programme. Submission through this portal does not guarantee acceptance.
  • If your submission is accepted for a Best of Abstracts presentation, you must be available to present at the Charing Cross Symposium 2027 (6–8 April 2027).

Registration

  • Successful trainee presenters will receive complimentary registration. Senior presenters will be eligible for discounted early bird registration.
  • Travel and accommodation are the responsibility of the attendee.
  • Charing Cross Symposium and BIBA Publishing reserve the right to publish accepted abstracts and reference the work in print, online, and other related publications.
