What format is CX 2023?
This year, CX will be taking place in-person at the Hilton London Metropole from the 25-27 April. We will also be live streaming the event worldwide for our wider global audience via our digital platform, delivering hours of the highest quality vascular and endovascular education.
REGISTRATION & ATTENDANCE
How can I register?
Registration for CX 2023 is coming soon and will be available here. Keep an eye on our social pages (@cxsymposium on Twitter) for more announcements.
What about CME credits?
Will will be applying for 24 reciprocal EU/US CME credits (ECMEC®s), and these, once confirmed, will be available for all the main sessions you view. The UEMS requires the confirmation of participant attendance per session in order to award credits. Be informed that your attendance will be tracked for the purpose of certification. All the sessions will be recorded and streamed live on the platform.
For how long will the platform and content be available?
Your registration grants you access to the platform for one year.
What if I need to cancel?
Virtual registrations can be cancelled until 28 February subject to a 20% administration charge. We are unable to refund the fee after this date. Physical registrations can be cancelled and reimbursed up to and including 1 March for a £30 handling fee. From 1 March participants will not be reimbursed for cancelling a physical registration but will benefit from online access to the CX 2023 platform (for up to one year after the event).
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Name changes are permitted for free before 11 April.
VIEWING THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME
What time are the sessions?
The CX 2023 programme and timetable will be released soon. Once released, you can find it here. If you have any questions regarding the programme, please contact us at [email protected]com.
How do I view live?
Once registered, your email address will be your unique log-in to the platform. For best stability we recommend the latest versions of Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Can I view on catch-up and on-demand if I can’t view any or all sessions live?
Yes, a catch-up function will be available for 12 hours once the meeting has started, to allow you to view in different time zones. When the next day’s sessions start live, the content from the previous day will be made available on-demand. Participants can consume the content regardless of their time zone. Furthermore, delegates will be able to browse our industry partner channels on the CX 2023 platform at any time.
How do I participate actively in a session?
You can join sessions anytime you want and we actively encourage audience participation, so there will be ample time for questions during each session. You will be able to type questions to the moderators via the platform, which will be viewed and discussed after each presentation. We also encourage participation in polling sessions.
PRESENTING AT CX AORTIC
Do I need to be registered to present my abstract and for the publication of the abstract on the CX 2023 platform?
Yes, you have to be registered for CX 2023 in order to be a confirmed abstract presenter.
If I am an invited Faculty member, do I have to be available live?
Yes – whilst we ask you to pre-record your presentation, we ask that you are available live for the Q&A after. We will send detailed instructions to our Faculty.
EDUCATIONAL GRANTS
What will the grants cover?
Unrestricted educational grants cover the cost of registration, accommodation during the conference, and travel expenses for those wishing to attend CX 2023.
- Full CX registration enabling access to education in three main auditoria and workships from 08:00 – 18:00.
- Up to 3 nights in the venue hotel* (single occupancy, including breakfast).
- A travel grants (economy flight/train/shuttle).
*Number of nights is dependent on grant provider. Hotel is pre-determined (Hitlon London Metropole).

Educational grant applications will close on Tuesday 31 January 2023.
What is the application process?
Upon completing the online application form you will receive an email confirmation that this has been processed.
When applications close on Tuesday 31 January 2023 we will begin contacting applicants to confirm whether they have been successful.
How will I receive my grant?
Registration links to our online platform will be sent out to all successful applicants ahead of the event start on Tuesday 25 April 2023.
