Visa Advice

The CX Symposium organisers can send a personal invitation letter to attendees on request. This is not a commitment on the organisers’ part to provide any financial support; it is simply a means to obtain a visa or travel funds.

Note that you must be a registered and paid attendee/presenter before we can process your request.*

If you require letter of invitation to support your visa application, please first register for the Charing Cross Symposium 2017 by clicking here.

You should then contact the CX Symposium office, providing us with your full name, postal address and passport details, including your date of birth.

We ​are unable to send invitation letters directly to consulates. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals attending CX 2017 and are mailed directly to them.

Kindly note that due to the high number of requests it may take up to 5 working days for the letter to be ready; please take this into consideration when applying for a visa and ensure you allow plenty of time when starting the application process. ​​​
