Visa Advice

The CX Symposium team can send a personal invitation letter to attendees on request. This is not a commitment on the organisers’ part to provide any financial support; it is simply a means to obtain a visa or travel funds.

Note that you must be a registered and paid attendee/presenter before we can process your request.*

If you require letter of invitation to support your visa application, please register for CX 2025 in the first instance.

Once registered, please email us your full name, postal address, passport details, date of birth and arrival and departure dates.

Email: [email protected]

Telephone: +44 20 7736 8788

We are unable to send invitation letters directly to consulates. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals attending CX 2025 and are mailed directly to them.

Kindly note that due to the high number of requests it may take up to 5 working days for the letter to be ready; please take this into consideration when applying for a visa and ensure you allow plenty of time when starting the application process.

If you need more information about applying for a UK visa, please visit the UK.Gov website here.

IMPORTANT: ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) factsheet.

Electronic Travel Authorisations (ETAs) are being introduced worldwide for visitors to the UK who do not currently need a visa for short stays, or who do not already have a UK immigration status.

Eligible non-Europeans need an ETA to travel to the UK.

Eligible Europeans can apply from 5 March 2025 and will need an ETA to travel from 2 April 2025.

Applying for an ETA is quick and simple. Visitors should apply in advance and find out when to do so on GOV.UK.

*Should your visa application be unsuccessful we can process a refund for your CX registration on receipt of evidence.
