1. Why did you choose CX to submit your abstract?

CX Congress is a “milestone” among the different Vascular Surgery Meetings in Europe and all over the world; for this reason presenting an abstract in London in this context is always rewarding and exciting!

2. What are the benefits of entering the abstract programme at a conference such as CX?

Being included in an abstract programme gives you international visibility, furthermore you will have the opportunity to meet renowned vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists from around the world.

3. Do you have any advice for physicians or researchers writing an abstract for the first time?

My advice for anyone writing an abstract for the first time is to look for an original title or topic; sometimes the right idea is enough  to make a paper interesting, even without a large number of patients analysed.

4. Are there any special considerations to take into account when presenting an abstract?

Of course it depends on the type of presentation, whether for example a poster or an oral presentation; try to be clear during your speech and remember, no one can know the data of your work better than yourself!

5. Will you be submitting an abstract for CX 2024?

Certainly, hoping to be part again of this amazing congress in the fascinating London!

1. Why did you choose CX to submit your abstract?

The CX symposium is a comprehensive congress where you can receive training in all areas of vascular pathologies from different points of view.

2. What are the benefits of entering the abstract programme at a conference such as CX?

Presenting at CX is an excellent opportunity to convey your work to a broad community of specialists.

3. Do you have any advice for physicians or researchers writing an abstract for the first time?

Dare yourself. Even if it seems impossible to present at CX, you may have a chance.

4. Are there any special considerations to take into account when presenting an abstract?

The program at the CX symposium is measured to the millimetre. For this reason, you need to organise the information you want to convey very well and adjust to the time indicated.

5. Will you be submitting an abstract for CX 2024?

We will try again! Either myself or one of my colleagues at the hospital will be submitting an abstract.
