If your abstract has been accepted, please ensure you have completed the following steps to secure your place in the official programme:
- Final registration deadline: Friday 6th March 2026.
- Trainee presenters: To claim your complimentary registration, please email your proof of job status (an official document from your institution or supervisor) to [email protected]. You will then receive a unique coupon code.
- Senior presenters: Please click here to register. Ensure you select the ‘Senior Full Registration’ type to apply your presenter discount.
Note: Failure to register by the 6th of March deadline will result in the removal of your abstract from the agenda.
