CX Symposium Educational Grants 2026

In line with the MedTech Code of Ethics which were amended in 2018, direct grants from industry to support HCPs attending third-party conferences are no longer permitted. Instead, industry partners now provide indirect educational grants to support attendance, which are administered by conference organisers or independent third parties such as the CX organisation.

Grants are awarded based on selection criteria set by the industry partners, which may include factors such as your country of residence, institution, profession, specialty, and relevant experience. Successful applicants may receive coverage for registration fees, travel, and accommodation.

We encourage you to carefully complete this form and provide all required information to support your eligibility and ensure proper consideration. Please note that there are more applicants than available grants and submitting an application does not guarantee that a grant will be awarded.

    No-Show Policy Reminder

    Please be reminded that while expenses are covered under the purpose of a grant, your application confirms agreement to the ‘no-show’ policy as outlined below. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the fair and responsible allocation of limited grant resources:

    • Failure to meet the conditions of the grant — including non-attendance (‘no-show’) or failure to provide written cancellation by the deadline of Friday, 20 March 2026 — will constitute a breach of the grant agreement. In such cases, the CX Grant Team reserves the right to issue an invoice of £1,670, representing the full cost of registration (£845) and accommodation (£825).
