Please note that on Monday 24th April the registration desk will be open but access to the exhibition hall will be permitted only to exhibitors. To avoid queuing on Tuesday morning, we advise you to collect your badge on Monday, if possible.
Badge Collection at Selected Hotels
Badges for exhibitors and delegates may also be collected from The Hilton Kensington, The Millennium Gloucester and The Copthorne Tara. You can collect your badge from one of these hotels whether or not you are a guest at those hotels.
Collection will be available on Monday 24th April from 14:00 – 18:00 and Tuesday 25th April from 07:00-12:00.
To avoid queuing at Olympia, we advise you to take advantage of this and collect your badges at one of the selected hotels if possible. If you are a Faculty member, you must to collect your badge at Olympia.
Exhibition Opening Times 2017
Pavilions and stands must be completed and ready for opening by 07:00 hours on Tuesday 25th April
The opening hours* for the exhibition will be:

* Delegates will be have access to the lecture theatres from 07:30 and Exhibitors and staff will be allowed access from 07:00 through ‘B’ gate.
